I agree this has little to do with anybody being afraid of the stingray, and everyone here likely agrees that a C6Z is flat out faster than a C7 (if not they should).
With that said the OP still has a valid point, an automatic 8 speed stingray on pilot super sports is a freakin handful from a dig on the street. I've had plenty of fast cars and I know what he means when he says that thing would be hard to drive around from a dig. A stick shift C6Z on stock tires would have some serious ground to make up, and even though it clearly pulls harder it's probably not enough of a difference to make up the gap in a sprint to 120.

Did you ever consider that not that many people with stock C6 Z06's are in Florida and read this forum, and even fewer of them are willing to risk their driver's license by street racing. Maybe that's the reason you don't have any takers, and not because every owner of a stock C6 Z06 is afraid of your car.
While your A8 does have the gearing advantage for the first 500 feet, or so, from a dig, it is no match for a stock C6 Z06 driven by a competent driver after that.

For the ones that will post up a 70+ mph to 150++ race. I don't start races that way. Not because of a loss of a race but on the street... That is simply scary.. More things could go wrong

Apples and oranges comparison with the auto vs manual. Yeah, you'd probably win in a dig race. Z would win from a roll. Big deal.

Here's a video guys of me racing a stingray on 100shot out of hole...my car is heads and cam.

What do you really expect? The a8 would jump out a few cars maybe 3-4 then the Z06 would come flying around once in third gear to win the 1/4 by 3 cars and continue to put a full train length on the c7 Iif the z06 runs through 4th.

Like stated before... I love stick cars and love C6Z's. It is what it is.

Almost correct. A A8 will come out like you stated but NOT by 3-4 car lengths. It will lose in a 0-20mph race lol. Look at my video.. O's. By the time a stock C7 A8 non Z51 hits 3rd .. Not 2nd gear... The stock C7 is way in front. The Stock C6Z.. Needs a major recovery. The recovery happens AFTER.. 130 mph.

Not hard to believe at all.
Lets see... auto.. check... sticker tires... check... better traction management... check
When I had my 2wd TBSS on 315 Nitto DRs, it was a blast. Embarrassed several Z for a short distance out of the gate.
On the flip side, I've been embarrassed by several way less powerful cars from a dig also in the Z. Bridgestones just aren't up to the task at all. Perhaps driver also...
And then there is driver talent... most manual guys "think" they are good, but in reality what needs to happen ultra fast doesn't come naturally to them. There are guys that don't have to learn how to drive stick, they just know how to do it without thinking about it after a couple of tries. Rare, but does exist. The rest learn over time but will truly never master it... or be whats considered truly quick. Tis life. So the odds are EXTREMELY in your favor if you are the auto car. Especially if the cars are closely matched. If not by power, by tech.
Nice to see the C7's run well, but nothing new... it could have just as easily been a BMW, etc.. etc..

Since it appears your his spokesperson, would he also be up for a 1/2 mile run, a mile run, and then a road course race after the drag race? You know, just for ***** and giggles.
