I wouldn't be able to afford a vette and a kid, I think I made the right choice

I will get it figured out.

After this sad passing of another C6 Z06 engine, I am decided on changing the heads of mine. Been talking with Brodix heads, what do you know about these?? Are they bullet proof??? Do they deliver the same HP as the stock ones??? Thanks in advance for your information

I am using Brodix heads that WCCH did for me over two years ago...The decs are thicker then stock LS7 heads...Also,
with the Brodix heads the water temp runs about 6 deg cooler then with the stock heads...My Brodix heads have WCCH stage 2 porting done to them...I am very happy with them...

Interesting note on the coolant temp. Not sure I ever heard that before.

Howie, My motor is stock except for the heads. I still have the original thermostat. I noticed the slight lower temps after installing the new heads...I noticed the lower temps when the car is moving, and in traffic. I live in S Florida, so the summer temps are very hot...

So should we assume that your heads are more proficient at removing heat. And once transferred to the coolant removed by the radiator? Or is there other process at work?

That would be my guess as well, since only one variable changed.
