What makes you say that?

Just from amount of work it took on my car to get rid of any neck downs between the TB and the inlet to the rotors.

I have no technical data and could be wrong but I would safely assume the blower is tapped out at the power levels a 110mm would be needed for.

Actually you could. However it would take a very well designed and long bellmouth to accelerate the air to supersonic speeds to make it work. It's how race cars do it when they have to run restrictors.

So for the corvette you could run a larger throttle body and then Neck it down to say 102mm with the bell mouth right at the blower intake. You would then Need to slowly open the exit so as not to get turbulent airflow to take full advantage.

So in practice your right.

And you plan on pressurizing the air at speed greater than the vacuum created by the blower how?

You can't! But what I'm getting at is you can get more air through a set sized whole by increasing the airspeed using a bell mouth. Not saying it could be done on a corvette but it's used on about every race car that uses a restrictor.

However it's no practical on the vette.

Been trying to think of a way to direct more flow to the filter myself. Need to make a new shroud around the intake I think

Yea I need to pull that out aswell ^ but I was refering to shrouding around the synergy intake. Trimmed my stock shroud out for the radiator and picked up almost a lb of boost. With the intake and pulley set up and trimmed out shroud it touches 20 lbs now.

Do you have no shroud right now or did you trim yours out around the filter?

I have no shroud. It made less power with one on it.
