Default Flat (etched) spot on rear hatch window??
Rear hatch window has a mark on it, looks like it is etched into the glass rather than something that can be wiped off. Not a scratch, but a "ghost" mark that is not shiny like the rest of the glass. Maybe a chemical etching or? Anyone know how to polish something like that out of the glass? Please help!

Yah, this is not something on top of the glass - more like "etching".

Try some warm soapy water and 0000 steel wool, I clean my windows like that once a year.
