I had non-run flats on all of my Vette's and (knock on wood) never had any issues with them. I had a few nails hit the tires in the Z06 over the years and lucked out with a slow leak on all of them but one. The one bad one I managed to get it to Discount before it went completely flat.

Remember if you carry fix a flat and use it...the TPMS dies when you do it.

I had no flats on my 08 and none on my 10. However the Good years on my 10 were shot at 12500 miles. I bought the Michelin PSS2 and a small compressor and plug kit.
I only have about 1200 miles on the Michelins, with no problems but they are a lot quieter and better riding.
AMEN.....

Good article. It answered a lot of questions, but still vague as to inspection criteria. So how do you inform an out of date tire shop (apparently all of them out here) how to do their job?
