Default Tire advice

Well lets just say I'm putting 18's all around on my car.

345/35/18 rear, MT or M&H. Leaning towards MT as its 27.5" tall and a great hooking tire.

What percentage to do I need to achieve with height, front to back?

Thinking of doing a 285/35/18 front, which is right at 26" tall. What that work out? I've heard that people run the MT 345/35/18 on the rear, and use factory fronts. Which are just a little under 26" tall.

Because I don't want 18/19. The NT05R is 100% junk compared to almost all the 17 and 18" options.
