Default Guys without acts

How the hell are you keeping your exhaust tips clean? I have LT headers; no cats and BB fusions, and I can't get them looking good anymore. Anyway to get back that polished look? Oh yeah, anyway to edit the title

I'm getting ready to put a Akrapovic cat back exhaust on. I went with the carbon fiber tips because I'm getting tired of cleaning them and they still look like ****..

And will you be happy with the Akro's, OMG, just got mine back Wednesday, absolutely sick, sounds like a pro street drag car, and the tips are easy to clean... Did you try Simichrome BigTerpsfan?

Some options: Mothers wheel polish, Soft Scrub, Magic Eraser. Last step should be a fine polish. If you are not up for the elbow grease, just paint or plasti-dip them black.

I just use steel wool on my stock exhaust. Doesn't stay clean long but when they're done it looks good for awhile.

like I said the never dull is awesome.

its like this fiberglass felling material with wax on it? anyways you just rub it around and the black is GONE.. then take a towel and wipe clean.

My wheels have black brake dust and corrosion on them and I got a foam cone shaped polisher that fits into my variable speed drill. That and some metal polish got my wheels near show room again. I wanted to try this on my B&B exhaust tips, but do not have time right now. I got the foam polisher at the autoparts store, maybe give it a try.

you guys with the polishes and wheels they do great. but if you used the never dull stuff, you would only have to use the cone and polish for 10 seconds... the never dull will take all the black that you can BARYLE scrubb off in seconds.

no cats is the killer. with cats mine get dirty but it takes a while. the smell would bother me more. not being a puss about the smell, ive had plenty of older muscle cars w big blocks, headers ect, didn't mind in those cars, this one I want clean, even the smell.

Mothers chrome polish. Very small amounts of it on a microfiber towel and some elbow grease.

I have tried mothers. It worked great with cats, but can't get it looking good without cats.
