Seems high. I paid $41k OTD for a loaded 06 with that mileage almost 4 years ago.

42K on my 2lz 08Z deal was struck 12/2012 privately. Car had 19k miles on it. Came with 2k of extras that I sold effectively making the car only cost me 40k. Good luck with the search. Price seems just a hair high for an 06.

Car looks clean. I see a bit of bolster wear which is not uncommon due to seat belt location. Tires may be original so negotiate those out. They are crap plus they are now over 5 years old.

Your paying top retail and by going with a private party you will save thousands.
Perfect example, 3.5 years ago I bough a mint condition 2006 black C6 Z06 with only 7,200 miles on the clock, and one year of existing GMPPP bumper to bumper warranty on it for only $39,000.
Yes, that was a steal of a deal but they are out there and you just have to do your due diligence and be patient, ESPECIALLY now that we are in the winter car season, and it really becomes a buyer's market and value of corvettes drop at least $2,000 during the winter market.
Good luck!

They turned around and sold it for $43K, typical retail sale.
