I like the new c7 and love my Z , with that said who else is also waiting to see these two sweet cars run down the quarter mile . Qurious to see how the c7 holds up .

Nothing to be curious about. One is a 12.2 car @117. The other is a 11.7 car at 125. Half second difference.

We are waiting for the C7Z06....coming in January 2014.

The C7 will be a good bit slower than the C6Z06, period. No matter what the C7 fanbois think. The C7 is more comparable to the C6GS.

C6 Z06 is perhaps the last 427 Vette

C7 base model is no competition

C7 Z06 & ZR1 if they build one will be interesting

i'm more interested in seeing videos on youtube of C7's getting stretched on private air strips from a roll by C6 Z06's. of course stock vs stock

I think the fairer comparison is C7 vs C6 and C7Z (when it comes out) vs C6Z.

The numbers have already been released as mentioned above. They are pretty much on par with the 1/4 performance of a C5 Z06.

If you want a nicer interior to drive in everyday get the C7.

If you want the wow factor of having the new thing on the block get the C7.

If you want better gas mileage get the C7.

If you own a corvette for performance the C7 is nowhere near the Z in that arena.
