Default Spring Mountain Experience

I just got back from the 3 day ZR1 school at Spring Mountain. I gotta say it was a BLAST! I have not been to a school like this before so I did not know what to expect. Everyone and everything was first class.

I know they have all kinds of "personalities" come thru but these guys have the patience of Job. They start with the fundamentals in the first day and end on the third way with you driving the car WAY beyond what you thought you were capable of.

If anyone is on the fence about this school or class, MAKE IT HAPPEN! You will not regret it! I have to say, stay a full three days. You will see it all come together on the third day.

I gotta give a shout out to Mark, Larry, John, Mal, Eric and his Bud and all the other friends I made out there.

And to Rick, Victor, and all the instructors, I will be coming back.

Todd U da Man!! Thanks for the great coaching!

Totally agree with you Steve, first rate facility in every way, from the instructors & personnel to the track, clubhouse and condos.

Having been there twice before it's apparent they continually strive to improve/add to the course and make a great experience even better.

Oh, Rick still owes us a launch control practice session using their
ZR1's.

It's too bad Eric (frc) didn't bring his flame throwing ZR1 so he could
demo it for us.

In any event it was great to be back there and meet you and the rest of the group, wonderful time.

Glad to hear you had a great experience at Spring Mountain. I will be returning in August for my SIXTH visit. What you said about the facilities and instructors is absolutely correct.
Your second visit will be even better with what you now have under your belt.

I will be doing a "private instruction" with Rick. This will be my third private with him...it is a terrific learning experience. I will be warming up by doing the day 3 of the Level 1 school followed by the private the nxt day, since I don't get to do anything remotely close to the track experience between visits.

Gonna be a long summer waiting for August.

John, hope you had a good trip back home. Really enjoyed the camaraderie during the school.
I had not thought of this before but I went to Youtube and low and behold there is Rick doing a lap. I found myself driving the track along with him! A quick fix for a new junkie!!

It's REALLY difficult for me to get away from my business, but I sure am glad I did! I had the time of my life! What a great experience! The only problem is that I am now obsessed. I must find a way to attend level 2

Steve, John et al -

Nice meeting you last week! I had a blast staying for Level 2 ... more track time, less classroom. And 3 new corners to learn.

Can't wait to go back again!

What a great facility, I had a fantastic time. I would love to do it again.
I meet some really nice people. The instructors were first class.
What ever happened to
