Default Doing heads........Question

All,

07-16,300 miles. Doing heads. Purchased a set of WCCH heads from a fellow member. They do not have the steam plugs installed. Do I need to purchase the bolt on plugs from GM or can I reuse the old pressed in ones ? They came out easily, so I do have them.
What do you all think ?

Regards,
John

P.S. I'll have a set of stock heads for sale soon..........

I wouldn't use them. It's up to you, but that going to be some work if they don't hold or leak.

Thanks guys. Kinda' what I was thinking anyway. I'm going to order the plugs and bolts tomorrow. Hopefully have it back together this week.

Explain more please? I had my heads rebuilt and the rear steam plugs are riveted in. I didn't remove or replace them. Are you supposed to?
