Default *Insider Pics* Pfadt LT Headers, TIG Welding...

Having dealt with the gang at Pfadt for many years, I have some friends on the inside over there. One of their welders sent me over pictures of their TIG welding process, and close-ups of their welds.

Also take note in the header flange picture that is AFTER the flange was faced off, look at the consistency in the width of the weld puddles. This is how you lay a bead down...

As always you can purchase your Pfadt products direct from us here at FSP or through any of their valued dealer network!

Those flange welds appear to be done with an orbital welder. I could be wrong but the weld is extremely consistent and appears to be machine welded. I have used such equipment in industrial applications and nothing beats a robotic welder such as an orbital welding machine. But hey if that's done by hand bravo, their welder is one heck of a welder!

That's the real deal there. We have robots that weld fuel tanks and they are amazingly consistent.

Those are perfect welds, great decision to go with a robot welder because they are going to sell a ton of them.

No robots here just yet. As we ramp up our capacity we will investigating the use of robots. Problem is, Mike is going to have to TEACH the robots how to weld as good as him and Nick. lol!

Sorry guys no Group Buys on these products... The selling price is amazing right along all the other header pricing, however, with these amazing TIG welds and V-Band clamps

However, we do offer free shipping on every LT order.
