All the main items to install are included(harness, dash kit, antenna adapter) optional SW controls, ipod cable, sat radio, and rear camaera are available to add if you wanted these options

There is a lot of difference
The biggest one I will not it is will not have European maps and will not have the radio frequencies for your radio stations as well.

There is better NAV, BT,DVD, Ipod controls, ability to add rear camera and more
