I know a Great Brake guy in Santa Monica
You should go see George at Santa Monica Brake. He does great work and is very fair and honest! It is on Santa Monica blvd and 8th St. They are also on yelp too.

If you are going to a dealership, I would suggest Win Chevrolet in Carson. I've heard their pricing is reasonable and they do good work. Their brake tech owns a C5 and is a CF member. Plus, a good friend.
