Default Tally of 06-08 ZO6's W/ No Engine Prob's

Trying to understand and put in perspective the reported "valve drop" guide wear engine fail threads..and GM's so called response.

Most threads are and rightly so are from those that have either had an engine fail or actual measured out of tolerances when heads were removed and were inspected..

What would be of great importance and peace of mind for the community would be to hear from those that have an 06-08 ZO6 and have had no significant engine problems.

Recognizing that the Valve/Guide is insidious and you can't tell if your car is infected, it's still instructive I believe, to try to understand in some limited statistical way/not scientifically, how many vehicles may not have the problem..or at least the owner does not believe he has the problem.

So if your willing to participate , please tell us your year/and number of trouble free miles.

I just purchased an 06 with 8100 miles and the previous owner has not had any problems..

TIA

07 6500 miles trouble free.
27 bottles N20, track days, 1/4 runs no problems.
Went 2100 mile to Texas burned 0 oil. Couple of 140 + MPH 10 miles stretches at a time. Even drove in the Snow and Ice.
