Nice work...
Can I ask which brand/model floor jack do you use???
I'm looking for a low approach jack for my shop. I only have three now, and not one will get under my Vette without having to use boards ...

Always use jack stands if I am under the car even a little.
Hope this helps. Neil

I would love some pfadt parts....however, from what my detroit engineer buddies tell me, a full on dry sump is recommended if you increase lateral acceleration capabilities through suspension upgrades. The car with a more aggressive camber setting is pretty quick and I am not exceeding the vehicle's capabilities with my current skill level. We'll see....
I was running group three (the slowest group) since its a new car on the track for me. I took the approach of letting the cars go out before me and it took a few laps for me to catch them. I was the fastest guy in my group by far so giving them a head start seemed only fair.

Hi, cruzin2! I'm the guy that asked about the Z07 package for my 2010 Z06 and you posted the link for your build.
In one word :Awesome! Thanks for so many tips!
I'm from Brazil so I have a hard time to build my own Z06 ( red too!!)
And I'm getting extremelly frustrated with John Caravaggio for not sending my race seats - just like yours too! My order today is 5 months old
Anyway, excelent job with your Z!!

Made some major upgrades last year. Below is a list. Now running advanced in most events.
WCCH heads with new valves
Fast intake
Katech tensioner
Dewitt's radiator
Katech Valve covers
K501 cam
C5R timing chain
Ati damper
High capacity scavage pump (added)
GM high speed lifters (added)
C7 upper control arms (added)
ARE Stage III (added external scavenge pump, upgraded tank and pan)
Already on the car:
380mm brembos
Brake duct cooling
Halltech intake
Cup wheels and tires
Caravaggio seats and str wheel
Pfadt tow hooks
Fire extinguisher (never know)
5 pt harness
Bk harness bar
Corsa exhaust
Front and rear spoiler
Johnny O bars still to be installed (think I got one of the last ones)
Updated a few pics and items
Added C7 controls arms to solve the bushing problem that you see here
Found I had the valve wear issue. Decided to re-do the upper end of the motor.
larger radiator
reworked heads
Found a bearing issue... :-(
finished engine with new 3 stage oiling system
not a new video but the last one I edited.
