Nick,
We have sold about 30 sets to C5 customers. The results have been very solid. 2 inches is a lot for any type of road. 1 inch drop on rough roads, 1.5 smooth is about all I can suggest. At some point you will start to go backwards in handling.

Thanks Randy.

For roadcourse use would this valving work with a 1.5" drop? If not do you reccomend going the coilover route?

It really depends on the track and the amount of curbing you plan on running into. Coilovers can run higher spring rates then the factory leaf spring. So you can run lower without worry of bottoming out the shock.

I have wanted a set of these shocks from day one but had only been a spectator for the first three Group Buys. Thanks to all the great input from others who have installed these shocks and all the good words written, I have finally gotten to where I was able to pull the trigger and order a set. I"m very much looking forward to getting the word that they are on the way.

Randy, you apparently have a great product but if not for the forum I'm not sure I would have even known about it much less buy it. Thanks for supporting the corvetteforum as a supporting vendor!

This will not help the group buy, but wanted to say I bought a set during GP v3. These DO work as advertised. I used the poly bushing as well.

Before w/factory shocks the car seemed to hop over bumps. With these DRM Blitsen's it now seems to roll over the bump and helps remove the unsettled feeling and increasing the stablity thus improving the handling confidence for the driver and improving overall ride quality on bumpy pavement. Rolling on smooth streets I do not notice any difference.

They are definitely worth the price. Those peeps still on the fence should have no doubt their getting what they pay for with these DRM Blitsen's.
