Just get one with the longest range... i bought my redline from radarbuster.com and it has worked great! At the end, what matters is which one signals you faster!!!!

It is suppose to use each person as eyes and ears for you as you drive down the Hwy.

I'm waiting for the direct wire cord to come out "early 2012"

I've got mine on blend mount wired directly into the rear view mirror power. It's such a clean installation that I'm not going to take it apart until the new smart direct wire cord is available

It works as promised. Expensive and a bit cumbersome as you need to use 2 power outlets-one for the radar detector and 1 for the phone. If you drive for any length of time the phone with the GPS display is always on and will kill the battery pretty quickly. I have my iPhone on a panavise windshield mount. If you also use an external GPS like a Garmin, the windsheild gets pretty cluttered.

Just got one. I've only seen one other alert from another detctor going off about a mile away from me, but it works and it will probably work better as more of them get into circulation.
