I haven't on any of mine I've bought. Maybe it's better but I haven't had any issues.
Discount tire direct doesn't offer it on their eBay, atleast that I remember. They have the cheapest prices and if they don't they will price match over the phone

Default Nitto Rs

Enjoyed this Thread. I have toe nitro Rs as well, 345/30/19
Looks great, totally hooks at all speeds. No rubs, but you can feel the softer sidewalks. I put them on when going out with the boys or when I know I might end up with some spirited launches. I run my Michelin s when traveling long distances like my 1000 mile trips twice a year. Only takes 15 to 20 mins to change them. Yes they ware fast but the hook makes it worth it. These are a very good tire.

Ordering these tomorrow.

Do these tires make noise like the factory runcraps? I'm wondering how much quieter it would be with the NT05r's on the back and the Runflats up front?

They are quiet, stock runflats were so loud on my car these I don't hear. Atleast no different than my NT05 regulars.

And these things were perfectly stable up to 157mph, did 4 150 pulls no issues

You honestly think the street tire ones are gonna be better? Literally makes 0 sense, been there done that the street tires don't hook half as good as these.

To be honest yours seems like a driver/road issue and your looking for a tire that doesn't exist for your expectations

Lol I stick 700+ rwhp in 3rd easy with these tires. 1000rwhp is a different story still.

Funny you struggle with a ton less rwhp and blame the tire.

You probably live in an area where roads are really good. I do not. I still have yet to have one experience where these hooked any better than a normal street tire. To their credit, they did feel a bit stickier in San Antonio...but still stupid unstable on the freeway and 1st and 2nd gear were still useless with them. I'd rather just peddle the car in lower gears and have the top end stability because my car sees 150+ more than it see's a drag race.

See above response. On top of that, since neither will get the job done on the roads I'm on, I might as well get the ones that will last longer and corner better. I'm not bashing these tires at all...they just don't work where I'm at, plain and simple. I'd rather let someone use them that they will work for because clearly my road conditions are SOOOO BAD, (In san angelo and san antonio) that I could run these in 535/30/19's and still not hook. Not to mention that they dance around at highway speeds. So in my application...they aren't good for MY combination, hence, they're coming off.

I'd like to try and get my money back for them from the tire shop first...if I can't then I'm thinking around $650.

Did you try playing with the air pressure? If you run the nittos lower rather than higher I have heard they sway at higher speeds...
