I change when the OLM reaches about 10% - last time that was over 5k. According the lab report the oil was still fine and on par with an average oil at 2900 miles.

I thought you guys drove these cars. Only needing to change the oil once a year sure doesn't sound like it. 
I change mine 4-5 times a year and it's not even my DD.
