I think a bigger indicator of a lack of power and/or driver is the Z06 vs Z06 race. A car with at least 100 more hp will pull more than 3 or 4 car lengths on the other.

I just watched the first video only. The z driver looks like he is not in the right gear and is just rolling into it. He should be in 1st gear tacking it up and jumping hard out in front. Z driver FTL. I watched the rest of the videos. The red z is a joke. No way it is a 630hp car. Of course the 20" wheels and the 300hp driver dont help.

Based on the wheel spin he definitely starts in 1st.
In car cam makes it sound like he is rowing the gears pretty well honestly.
I'm no GTR expert but I thought the LED lights on the front bumper were only available on the 2012's?
Based on the run against the stock one I think the issue lies more in the false 630hp claim.

I don't know the guy with the red Z06, but if i see him at another GT-Board event i will ask him what he has done with his car.
These races are from 50 Km/h (~31 Mph) and the Z06 starts in 1st gear. He is spinning of the line in 1st, but IMHO that isn't the reason why it performs so bad, with that power it should EAT a stock Z06 up in the higher speed range even if he is spinning of the line in 1st.
The blue Nissan GT-R is a 2011 model (I guess it's called a 2012 in US). The owner had a 2010 model last year, and it's tuned by Novidem just like his last one. But this guy is WELL known for jumping of the line (false start) and keeping higher speed then 50 Km/h at the starting cones. You see that in the first race against the red cammed Z06.

At first I thought I did, but I don't recognize that car.
