I'm really curious...for those of you who buy and sell these exceptional vehicles on a regular basis, and have conducted extensive research in the marketplace, what in your opinion, is the BEST color combination, or the most popular in terms of sales, for a C6 ZO6? ~Buzz

The best color combo comes down to the individual. What I consider the best may be your least favorite. As far as sales are concerned, I'd say Black and Red are the two most popular colors on a Corvette.

I've found people just go for the main colors...black, red, silver...ppl don't warm to lemans blue or jetstream blue much...kinda same for yellow. Those are just preference I guess. What everyone really wants for a Z is WHITE!

Seems like tons of black Z's in these parts (Norcal) and in second is the reds and silvers. Black appears to be the most popular color by far, followed by red and silver.

My neighbor a few houses down has a yellow one, and there is a Lemans blue Z in the area, and these are the only ones I ever see buzzing around.

Bef99hwk, I happen to have one of those rare birds- an arctic white '10 with comp grey wheels. Just have to figure out how to post some pics. I do like the white, it never looks dirty, blends into traffic when you need to, and really shows the accents on the car quite well...

My favorite is White but a close 2nd is Silver. I would say Red, Silver and Black for resale.

As you see here ^^^ is another unsubstaniated opinion.

It's personal preference. Period. My first Vette was '09 Atomic Orange Roadster....love orange....personal preference.....however, the LS3 just made me want a LS7 that much more....so, I went out and bought my '10 Z06....JetStream Blue.....I have to admit it was not my first thought in so far as color....but I got it home and fell in love with it....a new personal preference.....and get lots of compliments....(U.S. color in International Racing-shade of blue and white) I like most all of the colors currently offered on Z06....incl white which IS offered on base, GS, Z06 and ZR1....I warm to JetStream Blue as I'm sure others do as well. Anyway, you opened a can of worms here....

Red gets Leo's attention.....but I still like red and silver, gray, black AND BLUE!! (I think black shined up on Z06 is truely awesome.....)

Awesome responses, guys. Thanks! My #1 choice is white, but I have my eye on an '07 silver nearby, and there's a stunning '08 black in NJ with ebony/red-orange 3LT interior. Choices, choices... ~Buzz

Silver is the best color for a DD, IMO, because it's so easy to keep clean.

I have the VR, love it, but I think the cyber gray is the best. You see, all different opinions.

I looked for months when buying a Z. the best deals on 06-07 vettes were on yellow cars. I love yellow Z but it takes a certain kind of buyer to get that color. Lemans and JSB commanded the higher prices of all I saw. I looked at a lot of cars, not just like 5 or 6. I am talking nationwide and this is what I found. You will get a different opinion from everyone but this is my 2 cents

The JSB and Lemans cars look so much better in person than in pictures in my opinion.

if I lived in one of Northern States I would love to own a black Z06....however, for me, living in Texas with high humidity and high temps it's like a steam bath outside and Vettes are naturally hot (literally) by design....fiberglas acts as insulator holding heat in interior....

I know what ya mean about white....back when I was in the service I owned a white Z28 Camaro and had black accents.....loved that car....white is easy to care for over the long run....no fading....

I see more black and red Z06s than anything...love both but wanted blue so JSB it was!

I've always owned blue cars until my last one...it was silver. Great color and easy as heck to keep clean but didn't want silver again as I love the color blue!

Not true at all.

LeMans Blue is both rare and desirable.

To the Op, I would defer to GM's production #'s .Black and Reds seem to be to most popular and probably the easiest to resale.BTW my first choice was LeMans Blue w/Silver wheels. Somewhere? I read that yellow was the hardest to resell. A long way considering Yellow was the poster child Z in 06. It all IMO seems to boil down to two categories,Stealth (as myself ) or "Show".Personally Bright and Chrome are not for high performance cars of this day. Sort of like going back to woodgrain panels and vinyl roofs.again IMHO.To each his or her's own.

Agree completely...my last 2 cars were blue (both Trans Am and Z) and I actually think that's the best color. Not saying I don't like the others, but just going with what's the most popular it seems. I have really warmed to victory red after seeing it in person more and more. For some reason, I've always hated red.
