Shell 91 octane fuel or Husky 94 octane?
I currently use 91 octane fuel from Shell in my 06' Z. It is supposed to be good quality but would the 94 octane husky fuel be a better choice?

If you run the Husky 94, I recommend using a 20 oz bottle of Techtron concentrate every 2,000 miles, or so. The Shell is a Top Tier gasoline but I'm not familiar with the Husky brand, so I have no way of knowing what additives it has, thus why I recommend the Techtron.
I'm able to get Phillips 66, Top Tier, non ethanol, 94 octane locally. Best of everything.

Make sure it is Techron plus, as the normal Techron won't help to prevent the gas tank issues. I only have had luck with Gumout products helping the tank issues that us c5 guys see...

See what your delema is. The top tier fuel brand's are known to have better detergent packages, and monitor their quality such as moisture level's better, but that 94 octane sound's aweful tempting. Truth is all the fuel come's through the same pipeline's, but quality monitoring at the local level is a big deal. I alway's stick with the top tier guy's, and never had any problem's. My sister was having some problem's trying to save a few cent's with fuel from the local corner store. Was full of water, and nobody was keeping an eye on it. Switched over to name brand supplier's, and all's fine now.

Best I can do is BP's 91, but at least it's pure gasoline.
Thankfully I don't have to use the ethenol garbage and only because I live 60 miles away from the urban sewer a.ka Milwaukee otherwise it'd all have that crap as well as 89 oct.

I have been using the 94 with "up to 10% ethanol" for years with no problem, full power; once drove through states with only 91 octane gas available and noticed reduction in power after several fill ups, slower revving, I guess timing retarded. It took a couple of fill up with the 94 to go back to "normal". Just my experience.
