Default Car trailer

Who makes the car trailer that opens up on 1 side from front to back on the drivers side. They make them I've seen them. Drivers door opens all the way.The side becomes a canopy. Can't rmemeber who made it. It opens up just like a CONCESSION TRAILER. You can just step outa the car.Need one asap for the ZR1. You can display the car in it and keep the car outa the sun.Straping it down is no big deal.Trying to get in and out of the car is the problem. Those side doors don't help much.

Other than an open trailer, it's highly unlikely you will find something like that. I would suspect that the side body panels on an enclosed trailer contribute significantly to the overall stiffness of the trailer, thereby allowing the frame to be somewhat lighter.

I assume that you are frustrated with the body contortions required to strap-down a Z in a standard enclosed trailer but many people do it every day so you may want to talk to them to get some hints.

I have an open car hauler. They have their disadvantages also. My Z has never been dirtier than after a trip home from VIR in a rainstorm.

Thanx everyone, know I've got 3 choices. Of coarse the 3rd is my 1st choice and the most expensive. Mike you've seen it in person and like it?

I did. not huge, but I only have an L92 Denali to pull it with so goose neck is out of the question for now.

I haven't loaded/unloaded with one, but once you get the block set-up you like for clearance you are set. Plenty of room up front to mount a spare set of rims/tires.

I'll be in the market early next year, but this one will be high on the list.
