Owned the car for less than 24 hours....and now I need the roof recall done. I guess we drive faster in TX than they do in CA....Pretty amazing, had no idea what the hell that sound was until I got out and noticed that my silver roof was no longer attached.
As big a disappointment as this has to be you've a good attitude about it. You had to know this could be an issue for some cars, especially those in hotter climates like TX.
Sure hope it doesn't shorten the honeymoon, it really shouldn't.

The good news is the fix will be at no out of pocket expense to you, whatsoever.
I'm not worried about it. Just surprised that it happened less than 24 hours into owning it. The dealership was extremely quick to let me know that it will be taken care of and not to worry...just told me not to drive in the rain for now.
Looking forward to getting it fixed, getting it tuned, and then planning my modifications to the car. Really curious to see how she does on the track once all that is taken care of.
This is Devon from J.C. that had the white '01 camaro
What's up Devon? Damn long time man. I am hoping to get a chance to enjoy this car starting next weekend...we'll just have to wait and see. What are you driving now since you "had" the White 01 Camaro? Obviously your lurking on the Corvette Forum, any reason?

Yeah bud it's been a long while. I'm sure you'll really fall in love with the car once you get some seat time in it. I bought a '07 mn6 base model this past nov. A friend and I just got my procharger put on it a few weekends ago.
