that is very old and not true. you notice that the car on the episode was the fxx and good old Mikey is the only test driver Ferrari trusts with the car. if you watch his driving style doesn't even match that of the normal stig.

BBC America is currently showing season 13. Season 14 finished airing a few weeks ago overseas. It is also edited for commercials and music is different than what you would see over in the UK.

Yeah it was just a joke, that's why they had Michael messing up on the his lap with the chevy lacetti. To show he didn't even know his way around the track, proving he couldn't be the Stig. Plus Richard says right at the end, Michael must have made it all up.

For those who want to know, it was revealed on the internet who Stig is.

The white stig's identity has never been confirmed and considering how long he's been aroung it's likely more than one person. It's a closely guarded BBC secret. Best show on TV.

Right, that was just a joke. But, race tires or not, the FXX is the fastest car they have tested and even if they want to remove it from the list (it does come with those tires stock) that car is as close to a F1 as anyone will get with a fixed roof on the car.

The stig identity hasn't been confirmed and the fact that there might be more than one is a theory I have heard plenty of times.
