are you spinning it to 7500rpm to cross the traps in 3rd?

so the only major mod other than headers is this cam? stock gear and trans? what is the weight of the car and how do you get those trap speeds with only a cam??

I was thinking the same thing. Looks like the 325/45/17's are almost 2" taller then stock, that with another few hundred rpm and I guess it can be done. Nice job guys .

That is correct.

RPM Built trans and an RPS Street Twin Lite Clutch.

It crosses at like 7200 i think. Ill have to ask sebastian.

The whole crossing the line in 3rd gear was a spur of the moment thing. i looked down and saw 7K RPM, looked up and saw the quarter mile pillar coming up, decided to go for it..was probably around 7300.

We figured out 138mph is about 7250rpm

Good sh*t. When the air gets better you'll likely have shift to 4th unless your tuner wants to keep bumpin the limiter.
