Default Is there a number i can call in order to file my compliment ?
Is there a GM number i can call in order to file my complaint that wouldn't be a toll free number because i will be calling from over seas.

I assume you mean complaint, not compliment. In that case the GM help number is 800-222-1020 and it won't go overseas.

I think instead of finding a number you should submit a complaint on its website.
