Brought the Z out to play with the big boys again...
Some of you may have saw my other post where I brought my bone stock 08 Z06 out on a friends private road to do some comparison runs.
Well, we did a few more the other day. I ran the modded Porsche Turbo S again that I've ran before (Has GT2 turbos, flash, diverter valves, and the owner custom tunes it himself and it is on 100% race gas... guessing it pumps out between 530whp - 550whp). Same results as last time, pretty even. He would get into boost hard and start to inch out, but then shift... where my gears would reel him back. One run I got a solid jump and held it pretty well.
A modded M6 joined us as well, which I pulled by 2-3 cars or so
Alongside a Supercharged 997 Porsche Carrera... pumping out probably 450whp. Pulled a solid 3 cars on it I would guess.
For videos, check youtube and search for vettefish and look at the very end of my favorites for all the fun-filled runs.
Again, the C6Z represented and is gaining more and more respect hanging with these well driven and modded cars.
