.........and the Lambo weighs 1500 kg or 3300 lbs, now that's the funniest thing I've heard in a while. You would think they would clarify that's the "dry" weight of the SV and that's probably a stretch as well. What will Alan say now...

I would say an honest weight for an SV is going to be around 3800lbs. A regular 640 is just about 4000. BTW, removing the exhaust and replacing it with an MS Stage 2 will drop 91 lbs right away.
Either way, Lamborghini did some really trick stuff with the SV to make it a helluva car. I thought this was a great video. Well done.

I knew it. As I said earlier, you could actually see an orange car periodically reflected in the Vette. Given the orange SV making the rounds it seemed quite likely.

I'm dieing to see how such comparisons turn out with a 2010 Zr1. The addition of the traction control modes will hopefully help out less-than-pro drivers with post apex oversteer.
