Default GM Builds Special 1 of 1 Corvette ZR1 Hero Edition

The Corvette ZR1 "Hero Edition" was specially built by General Motors to raise money for the Kids Wish Network's "Hero of the Month", a child that has faced and overcome traumatic and life-changing circumstances with courage and spirit.

The Hero Edition serial #1 of 1 is the only Corvette ZR1 produced with red accents, special graphics, and additional carbon fiber components. Under the hood, the now-famous blue cowl covering the Eaton supercharged 638-horsepower LS9 V8 engine has been replaced with a one of a kind red version that can be seen through the hood's polycarbonate window. One-of-a-kind emblems and embroidery confirm its unique place in automotive history.

I would of bought a red one if this was an option, all vettes are red!
I like the blue, I'm happy now, but this caused sleepless nights.

I like this one. Nice job. And I like the red accents SO much better than the blue, which I never cared for. Like the graphics and the red seat inserts too.

Well I am going to enter and try my luck. Nice to get a car like that for a worthy cause. Also through in a 67 427 vette. Double nice.

It is really cool looking but I wish they would have dumped just a few grand into the interior for some nice leather or wood on the center console and some contrasting carpet. I don't want to dampen the functionality in any way but it doesn't have to look that bland.

Beautiful Vette! Great cause
My Hero of the month, actually for all time would have to be19 yr. old Ryan Salamon. (RY'sZ06) who just passed away after a tough battle with cancer.
I'm going to get some tickets!
