well I dont know, but thats how my -built- engine sounded from day one, on mine it sounds like the noise from that heavy duty valve-train with Jesel rockers and big *** valve springs.

...meanwhile while we rejoin the show... I wouldn't automatically do a rebuild without some diagnostics as mentioned before in the thread. It might not need rebuilding.

dude you have an LSX making less than 580RWHP and i bet you barely drove that thing, I dont think its time to rebuild at all!!
maybe something went wrong withthe cam install.
maybe its a cracked valve spring i dont know, but check it out
and fix it now, dont try another 190mph like this.
