Default Hey! From the Viper community

Just wanted to say hi and I know there are alot of haters here but I have owned 24 Corvettes since 1971, mostly my interest was 1967 and older, but I think Corvette has came a long ways and I appreciate all of your cars as well as mine. There is always someone faster and thats OK. On our Viper forum we have lots of Corvette owners and some own both as well. So fire away if you want. After 24 months in the jungle in VietNam in the Marines in 1966-1968, I can take it.

Nice car, but why did you put that stripe on it like that? It's different, but I'm not sure of the positioning. The car is mean enough without it.

That's the first one that I've seen with the white and black combo. It looks great. I don't get to see many Vipers on the road, either in Florida or PA. Are most of them garage queens, or are there just not many on the road?

Welcome and thanks for stopping by.

Viper and Corvette owners share alot of pride for their cars and sometime that can cause tension.

Why cant we all just get along!

cheers!

I am one of the few that drive my Viper. This is the 5th one I've had and my first one was a 1997 GTS and I drove it 75,000 mi and when I sold it was just like new, maintenance wise and looks wise. NEVER have been broke down or had any problems with any of them. Most Viper owners keep them put up to keep the miles down. I Love to drive on a nice sunny day.....

I have a place in Jupiter, FL, and see many Ferrari's like they are giving them away, but it's rare to see a Viper. Thanks for sharing your pictures.

Welcome - some of us appreciate all cars and never bad mouth other vehicles. From my perspective, life would be a hell of a lot duller if my car were the only one to look at.

Indeed, it is a sad day that the Viper may be a thing of the past. I hope, but fear, that the vette may soon follow the same course.

In any event, most of us are happy to share our vette stories and our not so humble and hopefully respectful opinions with any serious car guy or gal.

Welcome. We share a common interest, one to be proud of. That is AMERICAN MUSCLE! Both the ZR1 and Viper have moved the US to a new position in the supercar continuum.

I am VERY impressed with you guys. I waved at a Black ZO6 the other day and he stuck his nose in the air. I don't understand being treated like that.....

Maybe it's something with the owners of black Corvettes. I waved to a black ZO6 the other day while driving my JSB ZO6, and he looked at me like I was nuts?

<------------ Not this black Corvette owner!

I'll wave to any and every Vette I see. Save The Wave!

Some of the waxers (both brands) have a...

pi$$ poor attitude.

Having run (and instructed) with the Viper Days crowd since 2001,

I can say I've never meet a better group of guys.

Once you hit the track,

results Talk,

Walks.

Nice car, welcome aboard.
