ZO6 comes in 2nd in Consumer Reports owners satisfaction poll
Seems the poll asked the question "Would you buy one again?" and the ZO6 came in 2nd overall at 92% positive response rate in owners satisfaction.
The only buzz kill ( besides fact that it was a CR poll ) was that Toyota Prius came in 1st at 93%

Well, I had a C5Z and two C6Z's and never had one problem with any of these cars, all three Z's were driven hard but very well maintained. I'm sure there are guy's that have had legitimate issues, as the forum will show, but I think in the long run, these are few.
Man, I love my Z!!!

I've loved all my Vettes but my 07' Z has had a few small problems. The tilt steering wheel mechanism broke. The CD part of the radio broke. The airbag wrning light needs fixing.

I guess I will turn my Katech Z06 in and get a Prius!
Anyone know how much HP a Prius has?
How about Prius quarter mile times?

It must have really bothered the hell out of CR to have to print an American performance car came in second in anything.
But all is well... a *** car won, so CR earned their money.

At the South Georgia Corvette ZR-1 gathering Nov 22, somebody had one as a rental car and we decided to strap it down to the Dynojet and see what it would do for fun...it wouldn't accelerate the roller spoiling our fun but leaving us rolling on the floor in laughter.

That's it - selling the Z06 immediately!!!! Guess it lost out to the typical "hard ride/hard to get into and out of" complaints for which Consumers Reports is famous.

Well now, actually the base vette got an 88% buyer satisfaction rating, as did the Porsche ( specified as non turbo model )
It's a crummy little article- page 48 of Jan 09 issue, but it caught my attention when the ZO6 did so well.
It also states that almost 20 of the models on the Most Satisfying list are "sporty or fun to drive".
I have no ax to grind concerning the Prius, but I'm sure the Prius owners are so vocal trying to internally justify the fact they will never recoup the extra bucks spent on a Prius rather than a Corolla..
