I personally think it is a bit overkill(ed). I would add it to my car IF they split the difference between OE and what you have.
However, and of course, it is your car, do whatever YOU want. Have fun with it - it is certainly an eye-catcher

Hey guys a little update on the new SS-Vette Front chin spoiler! I love it... Going to order it this week!.... A little xmas gift to myself! lol

Wow that chin spoiler is looks great.I recently sold my brand new APR air dam to a very cool forum member. I was leaning towards the ZR1 air dam or the APR again but now I'm gonna be in line for this one!!!
But whatever makes you happy!!! at least its different!!!
