Jason should be ashamed of himself! How could he and the Katech crew have done such an evil deed???

Thanks for the photochop Mike, I'm going to run out and get that vest today! Then maybe the Po Po will stop pulling me over with those damn felony stops... Damn profiling!
You still haven't answered Mikes on the hotel thing.
I still got your clutch...
Oh keagan, it gets worse. Because Katech trapped me in to this whole "Better service than anywhere" thing, I'm looking at trucking my Z out there for the 3rd time.
That damn Jason has totally taken advantage of my inability to put up with hack tuners. So back I go... again!

Some of you know that I have been a big proponent of Katech. I have waved the strobing K flag higher than anyone on the west coast.
Unfortinutely, it is time that I address some negative issues associated with my relationship with this company. Last week a very good friend of mine offered to upgrade my audio system with a prototype he has been working on for the C6. He had the car for a week in Orange, California. In his shop were an '08 Maserati Grand Turismo and an '07 Aston Martin DB9 vert. I got to play with them both. I soon as I sat in those cars I thought; "Man... as much money as I had spend on my Z, I could have either one of these."
But then I drove them and all that went away. Neither of the cars had the power and handling of my Katech Z. Getting on the freeway wasn't nearly as fun or exciting in the way I get with my Z. Now, It wasn't all bad playing with those cars. I got lots of looks. I'm sure people had a hard time understanding why there was a Mexican in these cars without a red valet vest.
Then it him me even harder. If I owned these cars, where would I park them? Any place other than a secure parking garage or in my own garage would cause me much worry. Who's gonna molest it, door dings, bumper tags... Ugh! Hey, I park my Z at the mall, grocery stores and such with little worry. Then I think about the high dollar service that these cars require. All of the sudden it hit me.
F'n Katech ruined all the fantasies I've had about owning exotics!
Yeah... If I ever get stupid rich, I'll probably get one some day and it will sit in the garage and I'll take if for drives up and down the coast, but in the end, it will just end up back in the garage. And I'll still be driving my Katech Z to work, pick up some groceries on the way home, maybe leave it out in the driveway overnight.
Thanks alot Katech...

And remember, I'm not only the salesman, I'm also a client. I feel your pain.

As #23 I not only feel your pain, but your wallet envy. As it stands, I have a list of upgrades that will take at least...well, a while to get by my bride (CFO). We can dream though, can't we?

That was an awesome post, man, and I can relate to that feeling. I'd love to buy something more exotic than my Z06, but that feeling of "yeah, some things are nice but overall I like my Corvette better" always comes out when checking out other cars. And mine doesn't even have any Katech goodness.
I guess thats why they made the ZR1. But if tahts even better, then what am I ever going to be able to lust after?
