I paid 10K over I'm happy to do so. I get to see it built this weekend full tour. Most people that paid over will say they bought it at sticker. I drive my Z06 and I just love the ride Paid 2,000 less than sticker but, it was 1 of 5-10,000 Z06s. Trust me this ZR1 will be the time of anyones life Stock. I will have a nice post next Tuesday! For for thought I wouldn't pay 15K over 10/k was my limit for the first Allocation. Woodfield in IL.
Tom is great and a good Dealer.

Well you can not blame a dealer for trying to make as much as they can in times like hits. They have been offering employee pricing on all their cars for what, the past month. If they can get 50 to 80 over MSRP, then more power to them. No one is holding a gun to their heads to buy it. Heck when I got the C6 it was a 05, it just came out and they where getting 10k over here in Phoenix. I simply shopped around and got mine for Employee pricing ( I qualify for the discount ) had to go to out of state to get. I do not care what the product you are selling is. If it is in limited production and it the latest thing, there will always be some one willing to pay way too much to be the first one to have it. Hell just look at the I Phones. People waiting in line all night to get them. There was never a shortage of supply, they just had to be the very first to get one.

I bought my Z06 out of state and courtesy delivered also. I tried like hell to get a FL dealer to sell to me at a reasonable price, even agreeing to pay a thousand or two more than what I could get from a dealer up north with no dice.

I have no doubt, Florida Dealers are GREEDY and if you are getting a great deal on a ZR1 here you either know someone or hit the lottery....

Bet those people know the difference between excepting and accepting.

Thank You!! Dimmitt Chevrolet My sales consultant Mark and the rest of the team. It's been three long years but with a little luck, I'll have #43 Wed, morning.
Mind sharing what the deal was? If the deal included a "market adjustment" I would not give them any credit. You were just first on their list of potential buyers willing to pay over sticker. I was at Dimmitt yesterday and they are still trying to get 10K over MSRP on "Z06's"! I asked if the price was a mistake and the reply I got was "how about if I can do sticker". That fact alone puts them on my "avoid at all costs" list.
