Ahh, the famous 4th to 5th gear jam! I have done it several times and it just sucks.
For those of you who don't believe it happens, it does, almost 1/2 the time. Just go try it and see for yourself, full acceleration shift from 4th to 5th.One solution is to have the gearbox sent to RPM Transmissions for upgraded internals and the sport 5th and 6th gear set.
Then no more losses when shifting to 5th and 6th .......
Except maybe veyron and the like.

This car did not get a jump on the SLR, it outpulled it in 1st.
