Default 8 Months and no complaints....

I took delivery of my '07 Z06 8 months ago and am more impressed with each passing mile. Service issues have been minor. The rear end clunking went away after the TSB was completed and a few miles had passed. A dashboard rattle was due to a couple of screws on an aftermarket dash piece coming loose. A "check engine" light was due to overfilling the tank and not tightening the gas cap enough. That's it in terms of service issues. By the way, I was pleased with Chevrolet service when I brought it in to correct these small problems.

The car burns no oil, shifts crisply, handles well and goes like a stripe assed ape. The brakes are superb, the steering direct and the ride a perfect mix of handling and comfort.

This car is a home run in every way. It's head and shoulders above the 05 Z51 MN6 that preceded it and every Porsche I've ever owned. The Z06 is a keeper. I like it so well that I have no plans to replace it, even if Chevy comes out with something nuclear powered. Quite simply, it's the best car I've ever owned and is a near perfect balance of all the aspects of what a competent high performance sports car should be.

if GM put this kind of engineering into all of it's cars, they would be at the top of the heap instead of losing money.

Good to hear. I picked mine up last Sep and it has also been perfect. You don't hear this much on these forums, easy to see why some people get the wrong impression.

Picked my '07 up 10 months ago, and feel the same way.

Mine has never been to a dealer for anything.

Have not had any small problems or any problems with the car, except me scraping the front splitter

This truly is a great car.
