Default A great story about a CF Vendor. Thanks Anthony @ LG!!

After I brought my car into the dealer to fix an airbag light, they managed to return it to me with a busted LG switch and damaged plastic chin splitter. I posted about problem with my manswitch and Anthony from LG got in touch with me. After blowing about 5 fuses, thanks to Anthony's help, I found that the dealership had switched the wires to the switch (positive went to ground!) They put it back and didn't even bother to tell me! After getting the wires sorted out the switch was still not working! So Anthony offered to send me a new switch free of charge!

I paid GM more then most 4-person family households make a year in salary for this car and I get service that is about as good as going to Mieneke. Juxtapose that with LG who I spent a few hundred dollars with, and they are willing to stand behind their product and service. Something is completely backwards here

Once again, many thanks LG!

Love the car hate GM service That's why I'm not worried about throwing away my warranty by having TTP put a cam in

LG rocks! Even Anthony is o.k., if you can get him to quit experimenting with brake pads long enough...

That kind of customer service keeps people coming back for more. Yes, GM should know better.
