Default Mild to wild.....to rediculous [VIDEO]
Somebody spotted me on Woodward the other night when I was running in "race mode". Just for one night I ran open X pipe to see what it was like. It sounded like the C6.R. I wouldn't recommend it, but it was fun to try for one night.

Me too. The kids are freaking out over two supras when out of nowhere a 609hp cammed 427 with no mufflers comes right up the lane next to them.

You know i tried doing that two weeks ago, and although it sounded LOUD, it didnt sound nice at all, after I installed my custom mufflers it sounded awesome!!

But i dont mind doing it again hahaa...

Katech, I highly recommend it. With my QTP cutouts it is easy to go back and forth with the flick of a switch, although lately it's been more forth (love that sound)!

Not easy. If you have stock mufflers they have to be cut.

My friend was thinking about doing something like this to his car.
Put in a Y switch midway after the cats and run "race mode" on-demand.

Should be fun!

The beginning is unfortunate, regarding what happened in the first minute or so.

Too bad the original video couldn't be legally obtained and edited to remove the ricers and leave the original cruise-by and roll-on by the 'Vette intact. That footage (and great sound - WOW ) should be postable. No competition or illegal speeds were shown by the 'Vette, IMO.
