Good morning boys and girls,
I made my annual visit to the Show last night. Did want to capture some pix of the new Camaro, also, but was told that the CEO has the car in his possession and will be taking it to the NY car show in a few weeks.
There were 3 vettes on display - including a Silver Z06. (They had a VY Coupe, and Monty red convertible). None were roped off and people were swarming all over them like ants at a picnic.
















As always, it was a great show. Some interesting other cars to look at, if you are at a show, is the Mercedes Maybach, new LS Lexus sedan (with lazy boy recliner and massage seats in the back), Jaguar Xk, and the Viper, only because it looks pretty similar to the DSOM Z:

The MS Z looks good w/ polished wheels and I wonder why they had a DSOM Z displayed when they aren't going to make that color anymore?

Did you notice all the acid rain etching on the Copperhead Viper, what a shame. It must have sat on a lot someplace for a while.

I did love the Silver Z06. The Silver paint looked awesome, not much orange peel. I have to wonder if it is the lights or does it look as good outside.

It's the paint.I have Machine silver and it looks like that inside and outside.There is a tad bit of orange peel.But with the silver color you cannot see it.Overall I think the paint on the C6 is about the best paint yet.

Since the "Copperhead" Viper came out BEFORE the DSOM Corvette I'm sure that the VIPER guys agree w/ you.

HAHA! ME 2!

The Z06 def. caught the most attention out of any car. People were going crazy for it.

My favorite of show were the 760Li, the CLS55 and the Grand Cherokee SRT8.

AND BTW... WHY DO THEY NOT HAVE FERRARI AT THE SHOW!?

Very nice though, wish I could have bought one...


I think the best car there was the Ford GT. I so badly want one of them.
