I quote:

8/5/04 2005 Corvette Mini-brochures Ready
Corvette mini-brochures will be delivered to Dealers the week of August 9 via the Budco box. Dealers will receive 10 or 30 brochures based on their Corvette sales volume. Additional mini-brochures are available in quantities of 10 through the Dealerworld - DWD Store. The full 2005 Corvette catalog, which includes a DVD, will be mailed to dealers in the late-September/early-October time frame.

8/5/04 Victory Red Joins the 2005 Color Palette
As announced previously on Chevy Launch, 2005 Corvette production began with two red exterior paints on the palette: Precision Red (27U) and Magnetic Red (86U - additional charge of $750.00).
Victory Red (74U) -- a new, brighter, non-metallic red -- is now set to replace Precision Red. Victory Red is currently in the GM color palette(e.g. Monte Carlo), and is brighter than Precision Red but less orange/yellow than Torch Red . Although Victory Red orders will not be scheduled for production until November 2004, it may be ordered beginning Thursday, August 5, 2004. Final orders for the discontinued Precision Red (27U) must be entered by Saturday, August 21, 2004. Precision Red will be constrained as it is phased out. As a result, any Precision Red orders not selected for production by the end of business on Tuesday August 24, 2004, will need to be changed to another color before that order can be scheduled for production.
