Irrelevant poll. The C6 will sell. It's as simple as that. If the Corvette fails it will have more to do with economics and company management than C6 failure.

The C6 will sell, plain and simple. However some think that if GM falls into hard times the Vette will be among the first to go.

Corvette is Chevy's "cash cow." So far, as near as I can determine, the C6 is, with a few exceptions, is being positively received. Admittedly, until C6 advertising begins and the buying public becomes aware of the car, only those of us Corvette junkies will have seen the car either at shows and/or on the Internet. In general, my Corvette buddies are enthustiac about the car and some of us, myself included, have made deposits to obtain a place on our chosen dealer's order list.

I can't see it NOT selling. There's always that possibility that it won't sell like others in the past, but I can't see it being bad enough to justify removing them from the lineup.
JMO of course.

Ohhh, don't worry...they'll sell every C6 they can make, at least until C7 debuts!
...I know GM has sold at least one C6 in Milwaukee!

The Corvette is hardly GM's "Cash Cow" if anything is the cash cow for GM
as a whole it's the SUV and compact car lineup... Not the Corvette..
It's almost pure profit on the SUV's which take a bunch of existing parts and
tooling from the already horrendously expensive PU's smak some sheetmetal
on the back and leather and sell it for close to 50K.. The H2 is a shining
example of a true CASH COW
