GM if you're keeping tabs on this site... GIVE US ORANGE!!
Please give us a cool tangerine orange color like some of the other members have done w/ their c5. No pumpkin orange, but something cool.

EDIT: BTW, I made a color vote thread that's been here for ages. It's obvious that orange is what a lot of people want! I know GM patrols this site, especially this section. It would be a shame for them not to offer an orange color. Hey, if it doesn't sell (It will), then stop that color's production and change it to something else. That purple color we've been hearing about won't sell well, much like the purple on the '98 C5 didn't sell well. Orange would sell.

I have to agree, the orange would be a really hot colour, and it would give the Vette an exotic look. I don't like this talk of a purple colour, that is a dumb choice if you ask me. Who wants a purple car?!?!?

The '98 C5 color wasn't purple... it was blueberry pancake mix. It didn't sell well because it wasn't purple.
I hope this time around "purple" is actually purple.

As for orange, I haven't seen a good-looking orange on a new car since the 70s. All this burnt-salmon and orange-liqueur and butterscotch namby-pamby colors showing up on concept cars is icky. An honest unapolagetic orange is what's needed. Hugger Orange, or Go Mango, not some gay Christmas-bow color.
