Very interesting. The only thing i see thats wrong with your info is the fender being incomplete. It has a covering over it. You can tell because its covering the slit in front of the door. Do you know what im saying?

You may be very right. It either isn't a complete fender or it may have that "nascar" type large tape over it. I was guessing that it is a mock fender as to not show the final production side vent. It's a lot easier to bolt a fender on than a rear quarter panel. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

vette-freak - possible that the front is padded to give it C5 look? ;)
We are actually helping GM here on their market research of what cameo works and doesn't in the digital age folks...
...that's about all we are doing here.

Re: Black Spyshots Analyzed....... (H82BFST)
The Pics dont show any padding. To me it just looks like coverings. Look at the rear pic. You can see the lines that you could never see before. I believe this is the closest thing to the full thing weve seen. IMHO

I think GM is showing us the real C6 from the windshield back, but the front end will be dramatically different from what we see here. Just my guess.

Good spy shot. I can see the new headlight with the raised hood edge in this one, like the red shot behind the speaker. :yesnod:

Re: Black Spyshots Analyzed....... (H82BFST)
I'm with H82BFST on this one. The C6 is to be what, 6 inches shorter? The length looks proportional to the C5 here, that's due to padding. I don't believe that's the rear quarter either. In the white C6 pic above, the rear glass has more of an arch than the straighter glass in the black pic. I don't know which is correct, but I'd rather see the glass on the white car myself.

Here are the two shots, Rocket.. Not sure I can see what you're talking about. I just can't see the red headlight shape working on the black car. What is the extra crease at the far edge of the headlight lens? Maybe that IS a different hood!

I can see how it works...that whole from 6-8 inches isnt on the C6....This means that where that dip in the camo is would cut semi straight down and that is where the headlights are. There is an agressive foward curve in the red pic and we know that the C6 is shorter...That front end wont be there.
