Burning Brakes
I sent mine in 2018, I wanted my heads reworked rather than an exchange. As I recall it took 5 or 6 weeks total including shipping them from Indiana and returning them, but I think they're busier now. They were great to work with. Answered all my questions, returned emails and phone calls quickly. No issues.

FYI, while heads are off, great time to replace the plastic lifter trays with new OEM units.
If going with a higher lifter cam to get more valve lift, then instead of going this way, think higher rocker ratio to get more valve lift that way, instead of the lifter having to travel more in the lifter trays to wear them out faster. Hence only thing preventing the roller lifter from twisting to take out the roller and cam lobe, is the plastic lifter tray.
