Hate to say it, but if an Kei class Asian car company made that for their market (and GM did not sue to stop the production of the car), would sell like hot cakes, and everyone would be trying to import it into the states.
And side note, the same states that are not allowing the Kei cars to be registered and plated, as the same one that will allow a golf cart to be registered/plated to be used on the streets isntead.
