I wonder what a ball park price would be to get it fixed. Keep in mind the article reads the fix is another plastic part.

From what others have posted around $2,000, hard part is locating all the parts before you drop the car into a shop.

Nope my 2009 got hit with it $2800.00 to repair.
I used a corvette shop as the dealer want 4500 and would not do the work until they had ever part that was one the recall.

The shop checked everything. Since they have fix this before they check the fill neck( they seen cracks) the gas tank and cross over tube.
My only issue besides elbow is the gas was leaking in wire harness causing the plastic to swell and not connect anymore so they had to buy a upgraded wire harness only made in canada. No dealer inventroy

Also mine got so bad no matter how much gas was in it
