The search: Good deal?

What else is out there with a 3lt package in the 08 or newer version which is upgraded from the prior two years in that price range? Doesn't sound like too bad of a deal but offer the guy 28500 if you want it. Worst he can do is say no.

Spent 3 years looking for what I wanted. Suddenly, through a friend who spotted one, found what I wanted in my hometown after searching nationwide. So, I think I lucked out.

I paid 33K for my 08 a little over a year ago. It's identical to your car, right down to the miles. Could I have gotten it for less money? I tried to get the price down with no success, so I bought it because it was in perfect condition with new tires and a great service record.

I think it's a good price, Rebecca and I in August picked up a 2008, C6 Rag, 3LT, nav. and a bit of other "stuff" for $31K, it had 39K miles. Rags cost more when new but do not know it they sell for more. Bottom line we got what she wanted (auto a must for her). Prices change all the time, buy what ya want with what ya want in it. I'm not a big Vette guy but she is and the car pick was her choice. I wanted a viper!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But their prices are way to high.
a late PS: Low mileage vs high mileage 1) what is low and what is High FOR YOU. 2) 10,000 miles of Drag strips, racing every other vehicle you see, extremely heavy throttle on every corner everywhere, ETC. ETC. 3) 31,000 miles all Maintenace, Sunday cruises at comfortably legal speeds. nice drives with spouse to diner or dinner, Slow scenic cruise up TR. 100 in Vermont. etc. etc. We had none of this information when we bought ours, just looked it over, liked the "stuff" it had, offered a price without a warranty, they (yes, a dealer) they accepted, so we gave the money. We could not be happier. If YOU are not sure, DON"T!
